Living in the present has always been a conscious effort on my part, I’ve never just been able to naturally do it. I always seem to be caught up in my thoughts with what I have to do next. I’m an expert multi-tasker, which at times, can be a curse! Watching Eat Pray Love, the movie, this weekend gave me a reminder that true joy can be found every single second of the day, as long as we are “there” in that second. I know that I’m not alone…what do you do to live presently?

I mean if you asked me this a couple of years ago when everything was perfect (including the bank account) I would have said "of course I live in the moment" but these last 2 years have been such a struggle that as much as I want to be present it is VERY difficult.
