An E-Consult is a service provided to individuals who live outside the southern California area and want interiors designed by Imagine. Through online communication, you will share information, pictures, and your aspirations for your space with me, and I’ll send you a design plan for your room.
What’s included in your E-Consultation:
As an “E-Client”, you’ll receive everything you need to design the room of your dreams! A design plan will be sent to you electronically, which details step-by-step exactly what needs to be done to complete your room.
An E-Consult created for your space may include rug, fabric and lighting recommendations, paint colors, wall covering suggestions, ideas for items to reuse/revamp, furniture selections, window treatment options, art and accessory suggestions along with a furniture arrangement/floor plan. You’ll also receive a shopping list of links to all the resources you’ll need to complete the project. Everything you need to create your room will be emailed to you.
Please note: Suggested items may or may not be available at time of purchase due to vendor stock and availability. Imagine is not responsible for those items, but will try to assist you in finding a suitable alternative when possible.
How to get started:
1. Email [email protected] to tell me what rooms you’d like designed.
2. Submit payment through PayPal (3% transaction fee if paying by credit card rather than your bank account).
3. Fill out the design questionnaire sent to you by email after your payment has been received.
4. Email [email protected] 2-4 low resolution images (wide angle shots from the corner of your room are best!) of your room along with the room’s measurements. Please let me know if you need help measuring.
Then…
Once I have received your questionnaire, payment, room measurements and images, I’ll begin the design process and contact you along the way. In approximately 2-4 weeks, I’ll email you your completed E-Consult. All information will be sent electronically.

E-Consulting rates are by room:
$500 for living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and home offices
$400 for entryways and hallways
*Combination living rooms/dining rooms/etc. will be billed as separate spaces.
Kitchen & Baths
I love kitchens & baths and I love designing kitchens & baths, but I also know how detailed of a project those rooms are. Although I cannot offer complete design services for these rooms through E-Consult, I can happily make paint, countertop, back splash, flooring, cabinetry style, tile, and lighting recommendations along with a general layout suggestion without exact measurements.
$500 for kitchen and baths

“The Quick Fix”
You’ve got the room, you’ve got the furniture, you’ve bought some accessories…now what? This is for the client who still needs help putting it all together to achieve that “designer” look. Maybe all you need is a few key accessories or a paint color that will pop or some window coverings with pattern to complete the space. Whatever your decorating dilemma may be, you send me the problem and I’ll find you a solution!
Pricing: $200 per room
Trade-Only furnishings and products:
I can also provide you with trade-only furnishings and products, so please let me know if you are interested when you submit your questionnaire and email so I will know to include these items in my shopping suggestions. If this is the case, I will order the items for you and have them shipped to you at retail cost.
Terms:
All design plans and payments are non-refundable. However, I will be glad to answer any questions or provide additional help you may need within the first two weeks after you receive your design plan. If you still need more help, you can hire me for an hourly rate of $75/hour for email, text, or phone consultations, as well as online shopping.
Payment:
I accept PayPal. Once payment is received in full, I will email you an estimated start date for your project. In general, you will receive your design plan via email within 2 weeks from when I start your project.
