Dreamgate Wallband from Studio 1a.m. Found via Yanko Design. Very cool – I’ve been thinking about doing something similar like this in my guest bedroom above my bed. I want to make my guest room into more of a lounge/office/hang out space rather than just a guest bedroom that rarely gets used. I’ll push my bed into the corner, rather than have it sitting in the middle of the room and place something like this above it to create a “lounging corner” where I can chill, but guests can still sleep when they visit. What do you think? Does your guest room go unused? Could you re-purpose it into a multi-functional space?

Oh I love that idea! Multi-functional is the way to go! 😉
good idea and I'd definitely transform some unused room is a more functional one! go for it! have a nice weekend! xoxo
i love the idea! you should do it then post how it turns out 🙂
I think its a great idea to push the bed into the corner and to use something like the Wallband above it. You'll probably have extra space in the room to add a piece to the lounge feel you're going for. If I had a guest room I would want to make it multi-functional space as well. Thanks for sharing this idea with us!
super cool….love it.
That is an amazing idea…I like when rooms are multi-functional:)
Happy Friday,sweetie
