A few weeks ago, Nick and I had our engagement photo shoot taken at the Claremont Colleges in Claremont, CA. We’ve been engaged for almost a year (see the engagement here) and we’ve been taking our time planning the wedding and relishing in our period of engagement. We debated between having our pictures taken in Newport Beach, since it’s so close and that is where we met, but decided we’d like something more local as our backdrop. The Claremont Colleges provide the perfect mix of beautiful architecture and nature. We plan to wed next October in La Verne, CA (more details to come!). For now, we’re sharing with you a few of our favorite shots from our engagement pictures.
Did you have engagements photos taken when you got engaged? If so, what did you do with your photos? I’m not sure exactly what I’ll be doing with all of ours besides framing a few, but we also used some of our images for our Christmas card this year. What are some other uses for engagement photos?
