A few years back, I went to this speaker. He told me every night before I go to bed, fall asleep thinking about 5 things that I’m grateful for and wake up saying, “thank you”. This has stuck with me every since and it’s something that has become a habit of mine. I can honestly say, that my attitude and life has changed in a positive way because of that simple advice.
